Description
- Thorne Methyl-Guard is a dietary supplement containing 20.4 mg vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), 2 mg DFE folate (1.2 mg as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate from L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt), 1.2 mg vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), and 1.8 g betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine) per three capsules.
- Contains active forms of B vitamins including pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, L-5-MTHF, and methylcobalamin with betaine anhydrous for methylation support.
- Available in vegetarian capsules with a serving size of three capsules. Each container provides 60 servings.

An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate
