Orders & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account and view your order history to track your package in real-time.

Standard & Three-Day Shipping:Β Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on weekdays ship the same business day

Priority/Overnight Shipping:Β Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST on weekdays to ship the same day

Weekend & Holiday Orders:Β Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships by contacting us at sales@renovosupply.com or calling+1 (855) 554-4810. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it following our standard return policy. For Autoship & Save subscriptions, you can cancel anytime. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check Thoroughly:Β Look around your property, with neighbors, and any package receiving areas
  2. Wait 24 Hours:Β Sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual drop-off
  3. Contact the Carrier:Β Use your tracking number to file an inquiry
  4. Contact Us:Β If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, emailΒ sales@renovosupply.com

We'll open a carrier investigation and ensure you receive your products.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted. For Autoship & Save orders, your payment method will be charged 2 days before each shipment. You can update your payment information anytime in your account settings.

Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

Your order may ship from different locations depending on the products you purchase. We work with multiple fulfillment partners to ensure you receive authentic products quickly and reliably.

Our fulfillment methods:

  • Warehouse Partner (3PL): We purchase products wholesale and store them at our third-party logistics facility. These orders are packed and shipped on our behalf by our warehouse partner.
  • Direct from Brand: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer's facility. We coordinate with the brand to fulfill your order.
  • Authorized Distributor: Select products are fulfilled directly by authorized distributors we partner with. These distributors are verified and authorized to sell these brands.

Shipping times are consistent:

Regardless of fulfillment method, all orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and follow the same delivery timeframes (3 to 5 business days for standard shipping). The source does not affect your delivery speed.

What this means for you:

  • All products are 100% authentic from authorized sources
  • You may receive multiple shipments if your order contains products from different locations
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number
  • All items are covered by our standard return policy regardless of fulfillment method
  • Shipping times remain consistent across all fulfillment methods

Renovo Supply has partnered with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

Note:Β We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and shipping method. In some cases, packages may be transferred between carriers for final delivery (e.g., UPS to USPS for rural areas). We cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers.

We ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS:

  • These orders require additional processing time
  • Standard shipping is recommended for these address types
  • Delivery times may be longer due to USPS routing requirements

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take Photos:Β Document the package condition and any damaged products
  2. Contact Us:Β EmailΒ sales@renovosupply.comΒ within 5 business days of delivery
  3. Keep Everything:Β Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
  4. We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all seals intact

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
