- Complete your purchase - Your credit is applied automatically. Pay any remaining balance with your preferred payment method.
Full Balance Application
When you apply store credit at checkout, your entire available balance is automatically used. Shopify's native store credit system does not allow partial redemptionβyou cannot choose to use only $10 of a $20 balance, for example.
Our Recommendation: Consider saving your store credit for larger orders to maximize its value. However, there's no expiration date, so use it whenever it makes sense for you.

Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Requirements
- Account Required: You must have an active Renovo Supply customer account to participate. Store credit cannot be earned or used with guest checkout.
- Valid Email Address: A valid, verified email address is required to create an account and receive store credit notifications.
- U.S. Shipping Address: Currently available to customers with valid U.S. shipping addresses.
- Personal Use Only: Rewards program is intended for personal consumer use. Business, wholesale, or resale accounts may have different termsβcontact us for details.
- One Account Per Customer: Each customer may only have one account. Multiple accounts created to abuse the program will result in forfeiture of all store credit and possible account termination.
Earning Limitations & Exclusions
- Product Purchases Only: Store credit is earned on product purchases only. Shipping fees, sales tax, gift cards, and other non-product charges do not earn rewards.
- After Promotional Discounts: Store credit is calculated on the final discounted product price after all promotional codes and Subscribe & Save discounts are applied.
- Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled before shipping, any store credit earned will be reversed and removed from your account.
- Returned Items: When you return an item, the store credit earned on that item will be deducted from your balance. For partial returns, only the proportional store credit for returned items is deducted.
- Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to void store credit earned through fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or any abuse of the rewards system.
Store Credit Balance & Expiration
- No Expiration Date: Store credit currently has no expiration date and remains in your account indefinitely.
- Account Closure: If you voluntarily close your account or request account deletion, any unused store credit will be permanently forfeited.
- Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service or for fraudulent activity, all store credit will be forfeited.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity (no purchases or logins) for 3+ years may be subject to review. However, store credit will not automatically expire due to inactivity.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate forfeiture of all store credit and/or permanent account termination:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the rewards program
- Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods to generate store credit
- Purchasing products for unauthorized resale using rewards-earned store credit
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account access or store credit to others
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate reward calculations
- Placing orders with the sole intent of earning rewards, then returning the products
Program Modifications
Renovo Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. In the event of significant program changes:
- We will provide 30 days' advance written notice via email to active rewards members
- Program changes will be posted on this page with a clearly marked "Last Updated" date
- Existing store credit balances will be honored under the previous program terms
- Members will have a reasonable grace period to redeem existing store credit before any unfavorable changes take effect

No. Store credit can only be earned and redeemed by customers with active accounts. However, creating an account is quick and easyβjust enter your email at checkout and verify with a one-time code.
How is my store credit calculated exactly?
You earn 5% back on the final discounted product total only. This means after all promotional discounts are applied, but excluding shipping fees, sales tax, and any store credit you used as payment. For example, if you order $100 in products with a 20% off code ($80 final price), plus $7 shipping and $7 tax, you earn 5% of $80 = $4.00 in store credit.
Do I earn rewards on the store credit I use as payment?
No. You earn rewards on the product purchase value, not on store credit used as payment. For example, if you buy $100 in products and use $20 in store credit, you still earn 5% on the full $100 product value ($5 in new store credit), not on the $80 you paid out of pocket.
Can I use my store credit on Subscribe & Save orders?
Yes! Store credit can be applied to any order type, including Subscribe & Save subscriptions. However, it only applies to the specific order where you use it at checkoutβnot to future recurring subscription charges.
Do my rewards stack with Subscribe & Save discounts?
Absolutely! Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off, and you still earn 5% back in store credit on the discounted price. So on a $100 subscription order: you pay $90 (after 10% discount), then earn $4.50 in store credit (5% of $90) = $14.50 total value (14.5% savings).
What happens to my store credit if I return an item?
When you return an item, the store credit earned on that product is deducted from your balance. For example, if you earned $10 on a $200 order and return a $50 item (25% of the order), $2.50 in store credit (25% of $10) will be deducted. The math is proportional to what you return.
Why do I have to use my entire store credit balance?
Unfortunately, Shopify's native store credit system requires applying your full balance when you use it at checkout. This is a platform limitation, not our choice. We recommend saving your credit for larger orders to maximize its value. However, if your balance exceeds the order total, the excess stays in your account.
Does my store credit expire?
No. Your store credit never expires and remains in your account indefinitely.
Can I combine store credit with discount codes?
Yes! You can absolutely use store credit in combination with promotional discount codes. The discount code is applied to your order total first, then your store credit is applied to the remaining balance.
How quickly does store credit appear in my account?
Store credit is added to your account automatically as soon as you place your order. You'll receive an email notification when the credit is added. Once it's there, you can use it immediately on your next order.
Can I transfer my store credit to another person?
