- Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Plus is a dietary supplement containing a comprehensive blend of B vitamins in activated forms.
- Contains 100 mg thiamin, 12.7 mg riboflavin (including 60% as riboflavin 5' phosphate), 108 mg niacin, and 16.7 mg vitamin B6 (including 40% as pyridoxal 5' phosphate).
- Includes 667 mcg DFE folate as Metafolin® L-5-MTHF (400 mcg L-5-MTHF), the universally metabolized form of folate, plus 400 mcg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.
- Provides 400 mcg biotin and 100 mg pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate per capsule.
